All Sports Physicals, Health History Forms, and Releases are due to Nurse Marchetti by March 15, 2026. No physicals will be accepted after that date. Without an approved physical you cannot try-out for any spring sports team.
Physicals can be dropped off at the school from 8:00am - 3:00pm. If you have any questions, please contact Nurse Marchetti at (201)891-0202.

It's time to thank the adult (or two or three) in your life who have helped you become the person you are today. It may be your parent(s), a teacher, a coach, a relative, a family friend, or any other adult who has made an impact in your life. The PLC wants to help you say THANK YOU to those people!
Please join us for our annual VIP Dinner on Thursday, March 5th from 6:00pm - 7:45pm in the FAMS MPR. This fantastic dress-to-impress evening will include a fully-catered Italian restaurant dinner, live music, your friends, and the stars of the night, your VIPs! As always, every PLC event you participate in helps you earn community participation hours.
Think of an adult or two you'd like to invite, then return this form to Mr. Kozichek to register for the dinner. Open to any and all 6th, 7th, or 8th grade students and their adult guest(s). Registration will close once we reach capacity, so be sure to register early.
