Overview of the 7th Grade Curriculum
The Middle Ages are in the MIDDLE of how we look at history's timeline. Too late to be early, too early to be late. The Middle Ages refers to the period of time starting from the fall of the Roman Empire in 476 C.E. and ends with the Renaissance around 1500. It's also called the MEDIEVAL AGE ("Medieval": from Latin, means "Middle Age").
