About Ms. Festini
Teaching Social Studies has been on my mind since I was in 7th grade myself! Working towards that goal, I graduated from Millersville University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education (with a concentration in Social Studies). I enjoy going back to visit Lancaster, P.A. any chance I get. In my free time I love playing with my chihuahua, Mocha and watching Eagles games with my family.

My job as your Social Studies teacher is to make class as interesting and engaging as possible!
History can be looked at as one big story and it's our job to see where that story takes us. Using different techniques and resources will allow us to unravel that story. My goal is to have us thinking like historians by the end of the school year.

Each week, students will receive a 10 pt participation grade (2 pts each day). This includes, asking/answering questions, using class time effectively, following class rules and procedures, etc.
